I keep returning for my city break, knowing they'll make sure I'm looked after. They even let me check in early once. With Wi-Fi, free parking, cycling, fishing, and a golf course nearby, it's perfect. No pets or smoking, just what I need.

Before we arrived the owner called just to explain things. When we got there she spent time giving us recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was perfect, really cute and cosy with a small seating area and bbq outside in addition to the space inside. There were also some sheep and horses in the next field who liked to peel over at us. While the village is quite small, it's quite central to lots of things and we made numerous beach and town visits from where we were staying which were only about a half-hour drive away. Would highly recommend staying here, it's peaceful and relaxing and just the break we needed.
The property was in a really nice area but some of the places we visited were quite a drive away down some tight country roads! The TV was a little bit small to see from the bed.

The bathroom with the bath or shower was absolutely amazing! I loved being able to have a relaxing soak after a long day of work. It made me feel like I was pampering myself in my own little oasis.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathroom with just a shower. I prefer having the option to take a bath to unwind.

Nestled amidst the serene countryside, this hidden gem allows guests to truly unwind in nature's embrace. With a garden that could rival the lushness of a fairytale forest, I delighted in wandering through its enchanting pathways, feeling like Alice in Wonderland.
Slight bathroom door inconvenience.

The hotel's decor was absolutely charming, with cozy and welcoming interiors that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had a lovely ambiance, perfect for relaxing and socializing. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with convenient facilities and easy navigation throughout the property. It was a comfortable haven that catered to my needs perfectly.
I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there in terms of offering additional amenities or activities specifically tailored for senior guests.

Loved the endless options of golfing and fishing, as if I didn't have enough to do already. Oh, and let's not forget the luxurious free WiFi and private parking. But hey, at least it's close to the airport.
Who needs a garden when you can have a stovetop, dining area, and seating area? Such a disappointment.

I absolutely adored the charming and cozy decor of the hotel. The soft colors, floral patterns, and vintage furniture created a lovely atmosphere that reminded me of my own cherished home. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it convenient for senior people like myself.
I would have appreciated a better selection of activities specifically tailored for seniors. Perhaps some gentle exercise or wellness classes.
